I never watched George Gently, but I see scope for a lot of Older Lads fic in the pictures with the article.
Wish Mr S felt like that about Mr Doyle. Still, I did read somewhere that his reticence to talk about it is largely due to the fact that no one asks...possibly a self-fulfilling prophesy of sorts.
